• Text messaging information. If you opt in to text messages, we collect your mobile number, your consent record (the consent wording you agreed to, the date and time, and your IP address, or details of verbal consent), and the messages we exchange. See Text messaging (SMS) below.
• Usage information. Like most websites, our hosting and analytics tools may collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring pages, using cookies or similar technologies.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request
• To operate, maintain, and improve our website and marketing
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party services

We use trusted third parties to operate parts of this site and our business: Calendly for scheduling, Brevo to process our contact form, and Twilio to deliver text messages. They act on our behalf, and information you submit through those tools is also governed by their privacy policies.

Text messaging (SMS)

We text only people who have opted in, as described on our SMS opt-in & consent page and in our SMS Terms & Conditions. We use your mobile number and consent record only to send the messages you agreed to, to honor opt-outs, and to keep proof of consent.

• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
• Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as our SMS delivery provider, is permitted only to send the messages you requested.
• All other categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Data retention & your choices

We keep inquiry information only as long as needed for the purposes above. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.
